Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposit for Laser Treatments
A deposit is required to secure all laser appointment bookings. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking, before your appointment is confirmed. The deposit amount is $200 per treatment session. This amountwill be deducted from the cost of your laser treatment. This booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ (two business days) notice.Deposits for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with sufficient notice will be transferred to the next appointment.If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, or if there is a failure to attend or a change of mind regarding the proposed treatment (except where the consulting dermatologist or laser nurse determines the treatment is unsuitable on the day, or if technical issues prevent the treatment), the deposit will be forfeited. We reserve the right to charge a “no show” fee in addition to the deposit forfeited.
Confirmation of Appointments
Due to high demand for our laser appointments, we aim tomanage our schedule fairly and efficiently. Appointment reminders are sent toyour mobile phone a few days prior to your appointment. Please note that if confirmation is not received within the specified timeframe, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule, call us on 02 9389 7333 or email (for cancellations only) to info@easternsuburbsderm.com.au during business hours. We reserve the right to update the terms of our booking and cancellation policy at any time, on our website or by notification from our staff.

Payment of the deposit indicates your acceptance of the Deposit and Cancellation Policy terms and conditions.
